Transform Your Mood is a free four-week online course with exercises you can learn and practice to help you transform your mood or mental tempo, whether you want to pick yourself up or calm yourself down.
These exercises can be used for a variety of needs, in a variety of ways, and in a variety of situations, for example:
to adjust your state from discomfort to comfort
to allow yourself to feel what you feel
to become more able to tolerate discomfort
to become more familiar with your needs
to take better care of yourself
to give yourself a quick pick-me-up or calm-me-down
The course runs over four weeks and can be taken at any time as it is self-study. You practice at your own pace and monitor your own progress. There is no homework to submit; however, keeping a journal of your experiences and progress may be of benefit to you.

Many of us have heard the story about the fleas who were trained to only jump within the box in which they were placed. A lid was put on the box, so that every time they jumped too high, they hit their head on the lid. Once they had learned to only jump so high as to avoid hitting their heads, the lid was removed. Even when there was no lid, the fleas continued to jump as if the lid were still there.
Many people behave much in the same way as the fleas, i.e. they live within invisible limits and frameworks that are no longer there, and that no longer serve their purpose.
